The Enterprise Component Model seems interesting, though it could be a bit much. I am a fan of compartmentalizing work, but does it post the risk of creating complications? It is a good strategy tool, but may take individuals out of thinking of the whole. Does it hurt streamlining or cooperation?

Twister

Well, watching twister was fun in class. I really am not much of a blogger but when talking about class, I did enjoy the look at combining systems. I helped lead a project for a $90 million IT redesign and it was great trying to get lots of software that hates each other to get a long. I was able to relate, all except for playing twister.

Session 4

Late for class, I was at a meeting so I missed much of class. Not much to say then. But it was cool to walk in on the conversations about future global Vs. local. Looking at the trends in flexibility yet mass appeal seemed interesting.
